Well thanks to justtracy posting about in her LJ last week I found out about David and Freema would be signing @ HMV for the Doctor Who series 3 boxset. I knew missy_manic wouldn't want to miss that and since she made me a fan of the show with this series I tagged along as well (didn't take much convincing). Felt like we were queuing forever but thanks to the wristband policy it wasn't as if you had to worry about whether you'd get to meet David and Freema, just had to patient. We met buckbeakbabie in the queue *waves* who kept me amused with her fangirling over all things Tenant ;) I think it took us about an hour and by that time sadly the staff were rushing people through but we got our little moment to say hello to David and Freema. Seems buckbeakbabie might have made it in the Doctor Who fandom hall of fame by getting a mention on the series 3 DVD thanks to a video she posted of herself and a friend recording themselves watching an episode of the show on you tube that Tennant himself knew about. Must find that! missy_manic took an unintentional hilarious photo of David in front of the video screen at the signing which I will post once I have it. Oh and afterwards recognised justtracy and so went up to introduce myself - hope that wasn't too weird for you! Am sure I will see you again at the Spaced screenings next weekend, along with fearcat and redderz :)
