^ Train not to scale
( Gun fights )
And finally ( Jockeys! )
Now for a proper filming location. This is the pub in which the interiors for The Crown @ Sandford were shot for Hot Fuzz. This *is* all to scale :P Well worth a visit - the food is fantastic.
( What you thinking?... I dunno, Pub? )

Being Human was good again this week. It may earn itself and LJ tag this rate. Who writes it? Full marks for writing something creative that doesn't feel stale or as if its trying to hard. As for other TV, er was ok on Thursday, yay for Ray being mentioned - at last! Also, Morris - the woman asked you out - go for it! The new chief of staff is getting a nice character development. I also watched two episodes of Big Train on DVD. Why are sketch shows out of fashion at the moment? No Catherine Tate at the moment, and I guess Little Britain has been the most popular recently but I can't think of one that's actually airing at the moment? I was sad to read that one of the creators of Goodness Gracious Me passed away - that was a superb sketch show that made me a fan of Sanjeev Bhaskar.

Yay!
missy_manic bought Big Train series 1 and 2 on DVD to keep us in supply of Pegg fixes. Watched some of the eps tonight. I've seen a lot on you tube already but one I hadn't was this:
I'm *still* laughing from it. Both me and
missy_manic were helpless for about 5 mins! Love it. It's on par with the 'Tom Henderson' sketch - another of my favs.
